Terms and Conditions
Airline Tickets

Most Important

All the suppliers in this programme reserve the right to change / withdraw fares at any time without prior notice and do not accept any responsibility for schedule changes prior to ticket issuance.

Although it is unlikely, all airlines reserve the right to change a passenger’s departure date, even after confirmation/tickets have been received by the passengers.

World Interline Holidays are subject to the following airline conditions.

  • Alterations to flights are not permitted once travel has commenced.
  • Alterations to flights are not permitted once ticket has been issued.
  • If you are off loaded for any reason, the airline will provide seats on the next available flight.
  • Requests for upgrades are not permitted.
  • Frequent Flyer Miles / Air Points do not apply.
  • Neat casual clothing is the minimum acceptable standard for travel. Jeans, T-shirts and thong sandals are not acceptable.
  • Airline tickets are positive space, but always subject to availability at time of confirmation.

Prices, Deposits and Payment

All rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In accordance with currency fluctuations, Easyway reserves the right to adjust sell prices at any time.

  • Any verbal quote given is an estimate of the price only and is subject to change at any time.
  • All prices reflect a discount for payments made with cash/cheque/money order.
  • Personal/Company cheques will not be accepted for travel within 7 working days
  • On confirmation of any travel arrangements a deposit of $100 per person is due.

A Family Travelling Together

We do not give rates on our website for parents and children travelling together. This is due to the fact that hotels have variable policies for children. Some do not charge if children are under 16 and staying in the same room as parents and using existing bedding. Other hotels make an extra charge for children sharing rooms. Most hotel rooms cannot accommodate more than 2 adults and 2 children. Not all airlines offer childrens fares. Air New Zealand Industry fares are not discounted for children. Due to these variables we would ask that if you are travelling with children you contact us for a quote.

Late Bookings

Every effort will be made to accommodate late bookings where circumstances permit.

Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds:

Amendments:

  • Once a booking is confirmed a fee of $25 per amendment applies plus any fees levied by the airline/operator.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellation of a confirmed booking, more than 30 days prior to departure will incur a fee of $50 per person plus any cancellation fees levied by airlines, cruise and ground operations.
  • Cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 30 days prior to departure will incur a fee of $100 per person plus any fees levied by airlines, cruise and ground operators.
  • Cancellation of Air New Zealand tickets prior to day of departure incurs a fee of up to $300 per ticket. After departure or no-show tickets are non-refundable. Any revalidation or re-issue incurs a fee of $50 per ticket.
  • If you fail to check-in for a flight or cruise or any confirmed service, you will be regarded as a 'No-Show' and assessed a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds:

  • Refunds to passengers will not be made until World Interline Tours has received funds from the airlines, hoteliers, cruise companies or any other ground operators.
  • There will be no refunds for any unused services.

Should circumstances beyond our control make it impossible for you to commence travel on the day scheduled, we will make every effort to reschedule your departure to a time that suits you.

We recommend you take out full travel insurance cover to guard against any unforeseen circumstances.

Passport & Visas

All travellers leaving New Zealand require a passport valid for 6 months. You must also check regarding any visa and health certificates for the countries you are visiting.

  • All passport, health and visa requirements are your own responsibility.
  • Travellers under the visa-waiver programme to or through the United States from 12 January 2009, by ship or air, will be denied boarding in New Zealand if they do not have Electronic System for Travel Approval - ESTA. This can be done on-line or your consultant will assist with it.
